Hotel is so close to everything.
We really like the breakfast .
Staff were so helpful, they are always there to help us .
I agree that this hotel will be your home away from home here in Rome.
feel like home
we were a party of 3 family womens, came to rome to explorer the city, the royal court hotel was the best choice!
the staff in the hotel was the best: Dimtri, Roman and Don carlos, all the time help us with smile.
we had a nice triple room, very nice bathroom/
the breakfast was exelent, with very good pie, cakes etc...
the cappucino was also very good.
i am realy like everything about this hotel, and i reccomend to everyone to stay there.
clean nice quite good location
i stayed for two nights. the room was big and clean. it is five to seven min walking distance from termini which is perfect because if its too close from termini it was loud.. if u want somewhere close from termini and quite royal court hotel is perfect for you!what i really loved about this hotel is beautiful small garden that makes me feel like i am really in Rome!! breakfast was also good and service was fantastic !! i really recommend this hotel!
Great Place to Stay
This a great place to stay, It is close to the Train Station along lots of great places to eat, We were a family of 4 plus a toddler, The staff was very gracious and helpful at all times. It is in a very quiet area. Walking distance to several local areas of interest.
Really good find
Excellent hotel with friendly, welcoming and quietly efficient staff who were always available with useful advice if requested. Rooms are relatively spacious with all the facilities you\'d expect at a 4* hotel. Extra bonus was we had a jacuzzi arrangement in the bath. Booked via Avios (UK)website and got a really good deal. Breakfast is substantial and what you need to set you up for a day braving the tourist hoardes in the city. Convenient for the Metro (Castro Pretorio, blue line), main line trains and the metro (red & blue) at Roma Termini , the main bus station and lots of local eateries. Not on a main thoroughfare so surrounding area is pretty quiet at night. Unusual feature is there is no wallpaper; all walls are covered in fabric and padded. Agree with comments about the bed and pillows but didn\'t detract in any way from the overall quality of the hotel. When we return to Rome, we\'ll stay here.
Nice hotel, quiet area near Termini
The Royal Court is very close to Termini but in a very quiet street.
Hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially the man who arranged breakfast.
Our advice is to take the breakfast option. It was plentiful, fresh and very good value and certainly saved us time and money every day.
Our room (108) was large and well presented, on the ground floor so no view, but did have a very comfortable bed and a jacuzzi bath. The air-con was good and the room always felt clean and fresh. The wifi was excellent and worked at all times.
There is a safe in the room.
The area is very handy for exploring Rome. We bought a 7 day CIS pass from the news vendor in Termini station and went as far as Ostia Antica ( a must -see!). I think they also sell these 3 or 7 day passes at the hotel.
Sometimes when returning from touristing we got off the metro (blue line B) at Castro Pretorio just to avoid the crowds in Termini, which took the same time but was an easier walk.
Local restaurants are a bit mixed. Some of the Trattorias are a bit jaded Our faves were Agora on Via Milazzo and Meid in Nepols on Via Varese.
Room Tip: We had room 108 - ground floor and quite large with a jacuzzi bath and excellent shower. No view but...
